Ripe, red coffee cherries are handpicked and sorted by skilled farmers in Ethiopia’s Sidamo region.
The high-quality beans are then placed on raised beds in full sun with the cherry still on to absorb all the flavour of the fruit as it dries. The result of using this sun-dried (natural) method is sip after sip of sumptuous coffee.

Had this iced and slightly sweetened - Delicious!! Definite cherry and chocolate notes, as described, with a smooth finish. I hope this isn't a limited time coffee.
