Treasured coffee from Guatemala’s Antigua Valley. Enjoy it hot or over ice.

Born of nutrient-rich volcanic soil and cultivated on 100-year-old farms, this coffee is a celebrated tradition that farmers have passed down for generations. As a result, the coffee you experience is rich and multidimensional, with an elegant mouthfeel and lemon, chocolate and spice notes. The flavours shine through whether you brew it cold or double the strength and enjoy over ice. Consistently good, cup after cup—it's why we loved this coffee back in '71, and why we love it today.

A Better Cup

We're committed to ethically sourcing and roasting the highest-quality arabica coffee in the world. When we buy coffee this way, it fosters a better future for farmers, and a more stable climate for the planet. It also helps create a long-term supply of the high-quality beans we've been carefully blending, roasting and packing fresh for more than 40 years.

Recipe for great coffee

  1. Use cold, filtered water and a clean machine.
  2. Grind beans just before brewing:
    • Coarse for coffee press
    • Medium for automatic drip
  3. Measure 10 g (2 tbsp) ground coffee for every 180 ml (6 fl oz) water.

To brew iced coffee:

  • Brew double strength—use the same amount of coffee for a full pot but with half the water.
    • Measure 10 g (2 tbsp) ground coffee for every 90 ml (3 fl oz) water.
    • After brewing, slowly pour the coffee into a pitcher filled with ice. Serve fresh over ice.

To help preserve that fresh flavour, keep this bag sealed tight in a cabinet (not in the refrigerator) and brew within a week of opening.

Each coffee requires slightly different amounts of time and temperature during the roasting process to create a cup at its peak of aroma, acidity, body and flavour. We classify our coffees in three roast profiles so you can easily find your desired flavour and intensity.

  • Blonde: Blonde-roasted coffees have a shorter roast time, lighter body and mellow flavours.
  • Medium: Medium-roasted coffees are balanced with smooth and rich flavours.
  • Dark: Dark-roasted coffees feature a fuller body and robust, bold flavours.
