My Starbucks Rewards

Earn Stars at participating Starbucks® stores and online at with purchases of At-Home coffee products such as packaged coffee, Starbucks VIA® Ready Brew, K-cup® packs and Verismo™ pods. customers can receive a maximum of 10 Stars per order. A unique Star Code will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Your Star code value will be equal to the number of qualifying products in this order. Star Codes expire six months after your order is shipped.

What are my shipping options and when will my order ship?
Starbucks Store offers two levels of delivery service to most destinations:

+Arrival time for shipments to Provinces and Territories may vary. Some postal codes and other locations may not be eligible for expedited or overnight shipments. Some postal codes in continental Canada may also require extra shipping time.

How are my shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are typically flat rate based on the value of your order and the level of delivery service selected (Standard or Express). For certain products, shipping charges may be calculated based on the shipment destination and weight and/or dimensions of your order. Please refer to the detailed shipping rates (subject to change without notice) listed below.

Canada Post Regular Parcel or Purolator Ground: C$ 7.95 (free shipping for your order when the subtotal is C$ 75 or more)
Canada Post Priority or Purolator Express: C$ 24.95

To ensure that your packages are shipped in the most efficient manner, we use several carriers to ship our products. We take into account the weight of the packages and their destination when selecting the best carrier to use. Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipment method at no additional cost to you.
