Returns & Exchanges
We appreciate your business and we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges are processed as a refund of the original purchase price, and you must place a new order for a replacement product. Any gift item shipped to you from Starbucks Store may be returned. However, funds will be returned in the form of a gift card to the customer who received the gift(s). Returns for orders originally purchased with a Starbucks Card will be refunded in the form of a new Starbucks Card.
How do I return a package?
Fill out and include a Return Form in a package with all items you wish to return. If you are re-using the package you received, please remove the old shipping label from the package or make sure that it is covered. Ship the package to the address listed below (Starbucks will not pay for the return shipping charges).
