My Starbucks Rewards

Earn Stars at participating Starbucks® stores and online at StarbucksStore.com with purchases of At-Home coffee products such as packaged coffee, Starbucks VIA® Ready Brew, K-cup® packs and Verismo™ pods.

StarbucksStore.com customers can receive a maximum of 10 Stars per order. A unique Star Code will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Your Star code value will be equal to the number of qualifying products in this order. Star Codes expire six months after your order is shipped.

Enter the code at starbucks.com/entercode, sign in or sign up, and you're on your way to My Starbucks Rewards™ benefits like free food or free drinks at participating Starbucks® stores. Some restrictions apply. Visit starbucks.com/card/rewards for program details.

Do I need to register an account in order to shop?
No, guests are welcome to shop without registering an account. All you must do is enter a form of payment during checkout. However, if you wish to start a subscription, you must create an account.

I don't have an account. How do I register?

How can I remove myself from your email list?
Open the most recent email you've received from Starbucks Store and unsubscribe through the link in the footer. You may also log in to your Starbucks Store account to edit your email preferences.

We are unable to link your account to My Starbucks Rewards™ because we are not able to offer Starbucks Cards as a form of payment at this time.

I can’t log into my Starbucks Store account. What should I do?
We’ve made some updates to the Starbucks sites to make your experience better. Now you can log in with your Starbucks.ca account to access all of Starbucks services. (Previously you could only log in with your Store account.) Starbucks Store credentials will no longer be recognized. Don’t have a Starbucks.ca account? Create one now. If you no longer need access to your old information, we suggest creating a new account or signing in with your Starbucks.ca account. If you need access to your previous Starbucks Store account info, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help: 1-855-271-6217. No information was deleted or permanently removed. Your information is still securely stored.

My email is being used by another account. How did that happen and what should I do?
There are a number of reasons the email could be in use by another account:

  • You have multiple accounts with the same email address
  • The email on your account might be your junk email address
  • The email address on file is not accurate
  • Someone may have accidentally created an account with your email address

  • What you can do:

  • If you have multiple accounts with the same email address, please enter a new email address to be used. We now require one unique email address an account. If you’d like to merge your accounts call us and we’re happy to help: 800-Starbuc 800-782-7282.
